Description

We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to join us in building a category-defining home furnishings brand. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality growth and customer acquisition for Maiden Home through both disciplined management of our paid advertising channels as well as the pursuit of new, creative initiatives and programming. Your goal is to build a healthy marketing mix across all available channels, managing to a CAC target while seeking out new, scalable acquisition strategies for Maiden Home.

The ideal candidate has past experience executing, optimizing and and managing a variety of paid channels, with an innovation mindset that will enable them to drive experimentation in our acquisition mix. They should be intellectually curious and analytically strong with an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate findings. They will be a steward of the brand, ensuring quality execution, inspiring presentation and strong communication of our values across all relevant channels. They will live and breathe our mission, commitment to our customers and passion for creating a revolutionary approach in furniture retail.
